Legal & Ethical

Legal & Ethical Issues

In planning my photoshoot, I need to be careful not to produce images that might offened anyone - for instance by promoting danger from her holding the Van der graff generator. There is a danger that this may portray violence or influence others to copy it. But I will take care not make the images seem dangerous or violent, as the process is completely safe and hazard-free. I aim to make the images seem more fun and effective and I would hope that the audience find the images amusing. None of my images breach any copyright laws. Therefore, no photographer would be the subject of defamation. I have considered the laws of photography and respected privacy and legal restrictions. Additionally, I have approved that all work is my own.
